What guests of Appartamento Il Riccio A say Steve Haslam, Napanee, Canada September 18, 2010 - Wonderful, quiet location with walks available through the vineyards and olive groves. Tremendous view from the bedrooms, close to the sights. Great hosts. Accommodations were outstanding. The pool was a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. We were extremely pleased with the service we received from everyone at Summer in Italy. Any concerns were addressed and solved quickly. We spent 7 nights in the apartment called Il Riccio A. It was our best holiday accommodation by far. The views are nothing short of breathtaking: vineyards, olive groves, San Gimignano, rolling hills... I cannot believe that there are no photographs of the views from the upstairs windows on the web. The owners, Mr & Mrs Alex are the most gracious and caring hosts we have ever come across - going way beyond the call of duty. The kitchen was equipped with everything required to prepare a banquet never mind a meal for 4. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. If we ever get the opportunity to go back to Toscana I will not be spending a single moment looking for accommodation -- my flights will be according to the availability of the accommodations at Appartamento Il Riccio A! You were absolutely super to deal with right from the first enquiry. I will have no hesitation in using your services in the future or recommending you to others. Thank you! All the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, the grounds well kept and the location is central for day trips to the major sights of Tuscany. Taking a day to lay by the pool and recharge was wonderful. We very much enjoyed our stay at Il Riccio A. Since it was harvest season in the vineyards and hunting season the traffic along the farm roads started at dawn but remembering this is a working farm it is only natural. We booked both this location and Villa Vanessa A in Massa Lubrense for this trip and are more than pleased with your service. All correspondence was handled promptly and professionally. All financial transactions were handled in a secure manner. Your service and desire to help always seemed to be at the forefront of your communications. I would certainly recommend your company to others and hope we will have the opportunity to book additional properties with you in the future.
