It is very easy to do day trips to different cities such as Siena, Lucca, Pisa and Florence. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Being able to step outside from our living room to the patio and pool was wonderful. It was so quiet and peaceful. The pool area was meticulously taken care of, and very comfortable. We adored Michela [the owner]. She made us feel right at home. When she showed us our apt., we felt like we'd died and gone to heaven, it was so lovely. She had good tips for where to eat and some other towns to visit. The bathroom was well-equipped, although our hair dryer wasn't working. The grounds and inside were all so well maintained. I would love to return. We slept so well, because it was so peaceful. We loved our experience with Summer in Italy, and found that when we called, prior to our trip, that our questions were always answered. We have already recommended the web site to several friends. The grounds and swimming pool are beautiful, the location is very peaceful, and the apartment worked perfectly for us. My husband enjoyed running on the path up to the town of Rigomagno and I really loved biking around the area. And our kids loved the pool.
