What guests of Casa Clementina sayKaren Hacking, Stone, United Kingdom October 8, 2005 - Casa Clementina is a gorgeous little apartment with the most fabulous views and the English speaking owner is lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she has lots of maps, books and so on for you to use. She also very kindly let us leave our luggage in the apartment when we arrived five hours early! Inevitably noise is a bit of an issue here. The traffic noise is fairly constant and a siesta is out of the question due to a toddler upstairs jumping around (literally!). However, in no way did this spoil our holiday and as long as people are aware that it can be a bit noisy, I would recommend Casa Clementina wholeheartedly. Positano is a dream holiday destination. If steps are a problem, you can catch the local bus just a few steps away from the apartment and it's a charming journey all through the village into the square. Otherwise, it's quite an easy walk down. Wouldn't hesitate to go back! I'm so glad that I found Summer In Italy's website. We have stayed in four of their villas this year and all have been excellent. The friendliest communications ever! I have recommended them without hesitation to so many people. The view from the terrace is stunning, the apartment is large, cool, clean and comfortable. The noise from the nearby road might bother some but it did not disturb us at all. Clementina, our host, was very nice and helpful. The place had an excellent view with a nice patio area to relax at.
