What guests of Casa Daniela say![]() Gillian Geden, Banbury, United Kingdom June 18, 2011 - We enjoyed our stay in Casa Daniela immensely. The owner - Mr Silvestro - was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean and located in a good position in Ascea Marina. We would recommend Casa Daniela to anyone who wants a quiet holiday with excellent amenities and beach close by without the 'blingy' tourist feeling. The scenery is amazing and plenty of archaeological sites only a few miles away. We booked with you purely by chance - impressed by website pictures. We found you most courteous in the way you have sent information and if we decide to return to this part of Italy again we will have no hesitation in contacting you again. ![]() Vladimir Voytov, Moscow, Russia August 1, 2009 - Casa Daniela is a quite pretty place. It conformed to our expectations. The beach is only 15 minutes by walk, and the owner can give you a beach umbrella. Darya Petrova, Moscow, Russia June 30, 2007 - We stayed in Casa Daniela for three weeks and it was not enough. These were our best holidays so far. First of all the people are really fantastic there. The owner, Mr Silvestro tried his best to make us feel at home. He was always nearby to help us. His sister Gina is a very friendly women too. They were not afraid of eight Russian children and treated them really well. We had parties almost every evening. Mr Silvestro cooked pizza and pasta for us. Our neighbours, a wonderful Italian family, made delicious lasagne and deserts for us. We cooked some Russian food as well. Mr Silvestro taught us to dance. The beach and sea was great. The children were swimming for hours. We visited so many interesting things: Vesuvius, Pompeii, Paestum, Palinuro, Salerno and even Rome. Still, there are so many things we didn't have enough time to see. So, we have to come back again. We really love Italy and Italians now. We left so many friends there. We miss them very much. When we were in Rome we were amazed by its beauty and magnificence. However, for us the heart of Italy is a small village called Ascea. We are very grateful to Summer in Italy that they made this trip possible. Everything was perfectly organized and the staff is very friendly too. We will be happy to recommend your company to our friends. Guenter Jarosch, Uehlfeld, Germany October 7, 2006 - We really enjoyed the stay in Casa Daniela. An important aspect is that the owner Silvestro is a very, very friendly and helpful host. The interior of Casa Daniela offers a lot of space and all you need is there. Also the balcony is nice and sunny and we enjoyed the breakfast every day. The only negative is the noise of the very busy coastal road in the morning and of the trains at night. Maybe not annoying people living in cities. We live in very quiet area in the countryside, so we felt annoyed sometimes. However our overall opinion is a very positive one based on the very good interior, the nice property and the very helpful owner Make your plans for September if you like the fruits of the garden. Silvestro offers you Kaki fruit and fantastic grapes. In September the village is almost empty, the weather is still great and the sea is very warm if you like to go swimming. Infrastructure is good, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. 5 minutes walk to the beach, you don't need to cross a busy road. The booking was very easy and reliable. As I am German and not able to talk in Italian I highly appreciated the English communication. Barry Henwood, Newton Abbot, United Kingdom July 22, 2006 - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Daniela largely due to the friendliness and determination of Silvestro and his family to give us a real Italian experience and a good time. The Italian dancing, making of limoncello and lemonade, the picking of fresh fruit and the sampling of Italian food were all enjoyed with much laughter by the adults and teenagers alike. The accommodation is excellent and everybody else staying was incredibly friendly and anxious to practice their English. Paul(16) enjoyed trying to communicate with his GCSE French and German and the Italian that we picked up. Don't expect to meet many English families in Cilento National park, we met our first ones on the last night. The local beach is excellent and there are plenty of other beaches and villages to visit locally. We particularly enjoyed a boat trip from Palinuro. There are archaeological sights on your doorstep but Pompeii is only two hours away and well worth the visit. Capri and the Amalfi Coast are also two hours away. None of us were ready to come home at the end of the holiday, a sure sign that we had all had a wonderful time. We were very impressed with Summer In Italy from the discovery of the web site right through the booking and payment systems to the end of the holiday. We have already recommended you to friends and will continue to do so. Thank you and well done! There are 7 reviews of Casa Daniela, on 2 pages. You are reading page 1.
